Available only through the DACULT online store, the label works off a neutral color base, then uses mix-and-match and a deconstructive approach to translate the next impulse into footwear. Impulse, Papillon, Wave and Burden Reduction each run on their own concept and develop as independent lines of thinking, and the shapes that come out of them are genuinely strange: stacked midsoles, wing-shaped panels, clog hybrid constructions. They look like something that broke in from outside fashion. Less footwear than a mirror held up to whatever rebellion the wearer is carrying.
