Charges other than the product price
Japan: ¥770 shipping; free on orders of ¥15,000 or more.
Asia (Hong Kong, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia): ¥2,500.
North America & Oceania: approx. US$35.
Europe & Middle East: approx. €40.
Orders delivered outside Japan may also incur import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees, which are payable by the recipient.

  • Convenience store payment (Japan only)

When payment is taken

  • Credit card: when your card issuer bills you
  • Google Pay / Apple Pay / Shop Pay / LINE Pay / PayPay / Merpay: when the card issuer registered to that account bills you
  • Mobile carrier billing: added to your carrier's monthly bill
  • Paidy (pay next month): invoiced on the 1st of each month, payable by the 10th at a convenience store, by bank transfer, or by direct debit
  • Convenience store payment: by the end of the third day after the payment number is issued
  • Bank transfer: by the end of the fourteenth day after the payment number is issued

Delivery
We dispatch within a maximum of 45 business days from the date of order (this varies with order volume).

Business hours and enquiries
Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 10:00–18:00 (JST)
Closed: Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays
Orders: accepted 24 hours a day, all year round
Enquiries and dispatch work received outside business hours are handled from the next business day onward.

Returns and exchanges
Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
We cannot accept returns for change of mind, or for certain items (see our Refund Policy for details).
