■ Design & Concept
Deconstruction worked in sweat fabric — an ambitious one from FRKM SCD. The legs are split into multiple panels and held together by curved zips laid along the joins. As the scimitar in the name promises, those sharp silver arcs cancel out everything soft about sweatpants and leave something aggressive and architectural in its place.
■ Material & Texture
-
Ultra-Heavyweight French Terry: Genuinely heavy cotton sweat with real body to it. It resists bagging at the knee and carries the weight of the panelling and hardware without sagging, which is what keeps the three-dimensional form standing.
-
Industrial Chrome Zippers: Chrome zips slashing across a jet-black body. The dull shine pushes the artisan-industrial read further.
■ Silhouette & Details
-
Multi-Panel Deconstructed Fit: Panels change along anatomical lines from thigh to hem. Crack the zips open and the fabric underneath shows, throwing depth and a deliberate slip into the silhouette.
-
Structured Tapered Silhouette: A wide taper that stacks at the ankle. Adjust the hem zips and you control exactly how the volume sits over your shoes.
■ Styling Suggestion
-
Anatomic Noir Set-up: Run them as a set-up with the brand's Curved Sleeve Asymmetric Zip Hoodie. Curves and zip lines travel over the whole body, so the fit reads like it is moving even when you are standing still.
-
Tactical Grunge Look: Or take SUPPLIER - Vintage Wash Pierced Zip Hoodie above. Silver piercings answering the zips below put a hard edge into faded vintage — grunge, but precise.
-
Neon Cyber Contrast: Put RHIME - Orbion | Fluoro Green on your feet. Neon showing from under heavy sweat adds a modern digital line to an otherwise all-dark fit.
