■ Design & Concept
TH4SWE works on collapse and rebuild, and these shorts are the clearest version of it. Heavily distressed outer denim sits over a second fabric that shows through the openings — a double-layer construction rather than plain damage. Every tear is placed, and the inner layer throws real shadow, which is how something as light as a pair of shorts ends up carrying this much story.
■ Material & Texture
-
Vintage-Washed Heavy Denim: Thick vintage-washed denim, finished to read like years of wear before you put it on.
-
Hand-Finished Distressing: Heavy fringing and crash treatment at the hem and across the body, all done by hand. The threads keep working loose as you wear them, so the pair ends up specific to you.
■ Silhouette & Details
-
Wide-Leg Relaxed Silhouette: A wide leg that opens toward the hem. The layered fabric and the fringe give the leg opening a presence of its own.
-
Fixed Layered Aesthetics: The two layers are stitched together permanently — the depth the brand is after, held in place. The silhouette never collapses and the layering never flattens out.
■ Styling Suggestion
-
Textural Grunge Mode: Up top, GROUPMAREK - Green Stitching Waffle Joker T-shirt. Waffle texture against torn denim gives you two completely different surfaces, and the acid green stitching pulls the whole thing tight.
-
Dark Layered Artisanal: With FRKM SCD - Cross Tie Knit Sweater. Knit that binds against denim that falls apart — monotone, but never flat.
-
Modern Punk Contrast: Throw WASTED PARIS - Dante Zip Hoodie over the top. Matte fleece against wrecked denim reads neo-punk without trying too hard.
