■ Design & Concept
Past and future crossing over. The cat eye, once shorthand for a certain image of femininity, turned into a genderless, aggressive street accessory. From PLASTIC BRAIN. The shape is pared down as far as it goes and the lens line is cut acute. There is vintage poise in it, but it sits on the face like a knife, and it brings a mysterious, decadent noir mood to whatever you wear.
■ Material & Texture
-
High-Grade Polished Acetate: A premium acetate frame with a deep gloss. Careful hand polishing gives it a surface that sits close to the skin and a presence with real weight.
-
Smoke Black Dark Lenses: Dense smoke lenses that block the gaze entirely. Merged with the black of the frame, they tighten and sharpen the face.
■ Details
-
Sculptural Temple Design: The temples are edged and dimensional, cut to match the sharpness of the front. The profile is not an afterthought.
-
Integrated Nose Pads: An integrated nose pad shaped to fit Asian bone structure, so the hold stays stable and comfortable for hours.
■ Styling Suggestion
-
Cyber Gothic Armor: FOURTH3EX - Star Embossed Lace Up Biker Jacket — a cat eye against a hard biker jacket takes the whole thing into near-future gothic.
-
Addictive Street Noir: RYE CHASIN - Girls are Drugs Tee with it. A rough graphic tee, the eyes covered — anonymity and a little poison, worn into the noise of the street.
-
Artisanal Uniform: REBEL WAVE - Russian Studded Polo Shirt — hard studs at the collar against the gloss of acetate. Disciplined and rebellious at once.
