RYE CHASIN works here in quiet destruction and construction. The model borrows its name from a cartridge designation, and across the front and back it carries fine embroidery that reads like bullet strikes, or like a diagram of the impact. What the distressing takes away and what the embroidery adds answer each other inside one pair of jeans, and the result is heavy, decadent, close to a uniform for the street.

Heavy-Duty Distressed Denim: Long aging has pulled black-through denim down to a charcoal black. Whiskers and wear around the knee only make the embroidery read harder.

High-Density Thread Embroidery: The bullet marks and graphics are stitched at deliberately high density, so you feel the relief when you run a hand over them.

Gunmetal Stitching: Gunmetal thread that sits close to the body color. It surfaces as the light moves, and keeps the whole thing industrial and cold.

Straight-Stack Fit: Cut with enough room toward the hem to stack heavily over footwear. The embroidery is placed to look its best once that stack forms.

Bullet-Mark Details: Holes edged in embroidery and other hand-worked details are scattered through the pair.
